| Description: | Research dissertation examines reverse mortgage loan terminations - specifically, how death and moveout influence the termination rate of HUD's HECM reverse mortgage loans, and how these factors, together with refinancings, may influence it in the future. Data from the first nine years of the HECM program is analzyed.
